Fuel by Metallica

Now here’s something that rocks! This song called “Fuel” by the trash/heavy metal band Metallica from the ReLoad album was one of my fave songs back in high school and until now. The song is about the need for speed in street car racing and the desire of. However, some critics interpret the song that it is about drug addiction and alcoholism. They say that James Hetfield, the lead vocalist of the band is using metaphor to hide its meaning.
